1. Introduction
Aurexioo ("we", "us", "our") provides the PG Owner application ("App") —
including our web dashboard and owner mobile tools — for paying guest (PG) owners, managers,
and authorised staff to manage properties, tenants, leads, payments, and operations.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the PG Owner App.
2. Information We Collect
- Owner account data: name, email, phone, password, city, state, and optional profile photo.
- PG property data: PG name, address, pricing, amenities, photos, room details, food menus, notices, and settings you enter.
- Tenant data you manage: tenant names, contact details, room assignments, rent amounts, documents, payment records, complaints, and visitor logs that you or your staff add to the system.
- Staff accounts: names, phones, emails, and roles (warden/manager) when you create staff logins.
- Business operations: leads, enquiries, expenses, inventory, maintenance requests, analytics, and notification history.
- Uploaded files: PG images, tenant documents (e.g. ID proofs), and Excel imports you upload.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, app version, and authentication logs for security.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide PG management features: tenants, rooms, rent, food, notices, staff, inventory, and reporting.
- Publish approved PG listings and photos to the PG Finder app for prospective tenants.
- Process leads and enquiries from users interested in your PG.
- Send notifications to you, your staff, and your tenants about rent, notices, and service updates.
- Improve platform reliability, security, and user experience.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Data You Control (Tenant & PG Data)
As a PG owner, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and upload
tenant personal data (including identity documents) into Aurexioo. You must use this data only
for legitimate PG management purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
We process tenant data on your instructions as a service provider to help you manage your property.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information:
- With tenants and PG seekers — e.g. PG listing details, photos, and contact info you choose to publish; responses to their enquiries.
- With your authorised staff (wardens/managers) according to roles you assign.
- With infrastructure providers (hosting, email, push notifications) under strict confidentiality.
- With authorities when required by law or to prevent fraud and abuse.
6. Data Retention
We retain owner account and PG operational data while your account is active.
Tenant and financial records may be kept as needed for your business operations and legal compliance.
Upon account closure, we will delete or anonymise data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
7. Security
We implement technical and organisational safeguards including HTTPS encryption, role-based access control,
authenticated APIs, and secure password storage. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
and controlling staff access within your organisation.
8. Your Rights & Choices
- Access and update your owner profile and PG information through the App.
- Manage staff permissions and deactivate staff logins when no longer needed.
- Request export or deletion of your owner account by contacting us.
- Opt out of non-essential marketing communications.
9. Staff & Manager Access
If you enable login for wardens or managers, they can access PG data according to their role.
You are responsible for appointing only trusted individuals and revoking access when employment ends.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The latest version will always be available at this URL
with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-app notice.
